This paper describes the realization andcharacterisation of DTI (deep trench isolation)on thick (60μm) SOI (Silicon On Insulator)wafers for domestic and automotiveapplications . Objective:
This work explores the implementation of both Bluetooth technologies in mobile robots. The mobile robot has the capability to move around autonomously. If any hurdle faced, pc in turn can redirect the robot. The controls are stored in a PC that acts as a master cum server.
