acceptance letter of siwes
Letter of Acceptance duly completed by the company.
Take the letter to your Departmental SIWES Coordinator (DSC), for endorsement
Go to your bank:
Open a bank account (10 digits New Bank Account Number) if you do not have any (Not Microfinance Bank)
Get the bank Sort Code Number (9 digits) from that bank branch you opened the account
Go online to http://siwes.unilag.edu.ng login with your password and Matric No. Complete and print the form.
Also, go back to the Homepage of the Unilag Website (unilag.edu.ng) and click on Download, finally click on Student SIWES Form to download pages 3 to 15.
Go to the Unilag Cash Office and pay N200 to collect the Logbook Receipt.
Then come forward to CILPU with the following items for Logbook collection:
Completed Letter of Acceptance from the company
Logbook Receipt
The proof of Registration printout (from internet)
The downloaded SIWES Forms (pages 3 to 15)
N750 for the SIWES Book
3 Passport Photo
Insert the documents in a N50 plastic folder.
