(SIWES) is a program for a period of 3 months to one (1) year for students in science courses that takes about 3-6 units in their second semester credit load. After 3 to 6 months of industrial training, each student must write a technical report of their IT experience, which is basically in all their activities in the workplace, which carries 25% of the total marks of the years.
HERE ARE THE FORMAT TO WRITE A REPORT OF GOOD THINGS
When writing a good IT technical report the following format should be used carefully to get your complete grades within 3-6 months even if you are busy at anything else that could not allow you to go to work every day with this Format that you can write better than those who have spent each of their seconds in the workplace.
COVER PAGE: We begin with the cover that should contain the student's name, department, registration number, course code eg (AGR 402), the attachment period (dates must be quoted), the name of Your employer OR your IT coordinator AND the location where the student did the IT
PAGE OF APPRECIATION OR PAGE OF DEDICATION: For example, I thank God Almighty for His protection and guardian in my life and for having brought me here. I also appreciate my parents Sr. / Mrs. Joseph Nwite for their leadership, protection and support.
PAGE OF RECOGNITION: Here you have to recognize the person that you think not, you could not have done the I.T. For example, I thank my Lord. Mr. Nwabuzor Chukwuemeka, Permanent Secretary Mr. Fidelis Nwankwo and Chief Commissioner Name Ogodoali. I also thank my coordinator, Dr. Chima Njoku.
CHAPTER 1: Chapter I of your report should include the introduction, brief history of the company or ministry where you conducted your training and your organization chart.
CHAPTER 2: This should contain all of your activities during your training period, and should be done lucidly.
CHAPTER 3: All problems encountered during the training period should be well established here.
CHAPTER 4: Chapter 4 is the conclusion and general evaluation of the program. Diagrams, graphs and sketches should be used where necessary.
