The micromouse is very much important in the field of robotics as it requires a complete analysis & proper planning to be solved. For solving the maze, several algorithms are discussed. very basic wall follower logic is first discussed followed by some sophisticated level such as the flood fill.

Line Maze Robot is a machine that can follow a path, the paths are lines. The color of the lines are black and the ground is white. So, at first, the robot must have an ability to follow the lines. Lines are 2cm width. Of course there will be + and T intersections in the maze. The problem is to solve these intersections and to overcome any unexpected blocks in the path.
