Jaipur Metro (Hindi: जयपुर मेट्रो) is a fast transit system in the city of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. was created on January 1, 2010 with Nihal Chand Goel as Managing Director. Among India's fast transit systems, it has registered the fastest driving test run after construction began, when the trial was launched runs in Jaipur on September 18, 2013 marked by then-chief Minister of Rajasthan Shri Ashok Gehlot.
