In particular, the interaction of the wheel with the workpiece at times seems more like an art than a science. In this presentation, a 3-D topographic measurement approach which encompasses both the wheel and the workpiece will be presented. This project is on Plastic grinding machine which is an electrochemical machine used for granulating waste of plastic into small parts that can be reused for recycling in the same process as a fresh raw material . This minimizes the reduction in the production process and cost effectiveness.
