The next time your lamp needs a new light bulb, you might change the lamp shade instead of the light bulb.

New research out of Germany and published in a recent issue of the journal Nature shows that cheap and thin organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) can create white light as bright as any compact fluorescent bulb for nearly half the electricity as many compact fluorescent light bulbs.

Image Search Engine.

The image searching technology is similar to the websearching. But the spider crawler will take care of only images.

The keywords for the image search are based on the filename of the image, the page link text pointing to the image, and text adjacent to the image. When the crawler encountered an image, a thumbnail will be cached along with the keywords and orginal url.

When searching for an image each matching image is displayed. Then when clicking on a thumbnail, the image is displayed in a frame at the top of the ....etc

My PR application is running since Feb 2009 but my current work visa expires mid of May and I have no received the extention or rejection. My understanding of the process is that I get a implied status as soon as my visa expires and the application for the extension is decided. Alberta Health Care sent me a letter that the health care coverage expires when the WP is not geeting renewed.

Question: What happens to the Health Care Coverage during the implied status. DO I have coverage during the implied status ( I still pay taxes in Canada du ....etc
