In the present world, a lot of services are available to us in the form of IVRS, such as in banks, mobile customer cares, railway enquiry etc. These make the accessing of information very much easier. Here, the the system being designed is to be placed in colleges being connected to devices to get the details of attendance. For accessing the attendance of a student, he makes a call to the designated number. The response will come by IVRS. Then the student will be asked to enter the password on the phone's keypad to get the attendance details ....etc
