This project deals with a speed sensorless separately excited dc motor drive which uses the adaptive observer to estimate the rotor speed. The stability analysis of speed estimation is carried out. The modified feed forward control is integrated with the adaptive observer to simplify the implementation. Drilling assisted by axial vibration at low frequency is a promising machining process because, by naturally fragmenting chips, it can improve both productivity by canceling stripping operations and work piece quality by decreasing negative effects due to chip friction. Due to increasing demand for speech communications, efficient techniques in low-rate speech coding are of interest.Here a new compression technique using root cepstral analysis has been proposed. Implementing the proposed method causes the coder to deal with root cepstrum coefficients instead of speech samples.
