Sir we want to design fludised bed reactor of 2100x 2100 mm size. Height of bed must be min 900mm. 500 Kg/hr Rice Husk is to fed via suspension firing from 1600 cfm blower. The 1 od with 1.5 center to center distance tubes are placed in bed for heat transfer. 0.6 Gcal is to be extracted from bed. Interested in plumn and nozzle design for efficient heat transfer. ....etc
