This paper brings out the significance of fluidized combustion technology. The atmospheric as well as pressurized fluidized bed
combustion is discussed. Development of fluidized bed boilers and
their present status in the fluidized combustion technology is also
presented. Fluidized combustion technology is the superior one when

Objectives:
Rural areas in developing countries have energy crisis due to oil price increase on one hand and the depletion of traditional fuel resources such as firewood. In developing countries, the major part of energy requirement is for the domestic use for cooking, water, lighting and drinking water supply. Sir we want to design fludised bed reactor of 2100x 2100 mm size. Height of bed must be min 900mm. 500 Kg/hr Rice Husk is to fed via suspension firing from 1600 cfm blower. The 1 od with 1.5 center to center distance tubes are placed in bed for heat transfer. 0.6 Gcal is to be extracted from bed. Interested in plumn and nozzle design for efficient heat transfer. ....etc
