Sanskrit is the basis of our Bhaaratiya (Indian) culture and knowledge. She played the lead role in everything that we have today, as our knowledge, culture and values. All our main job as the Vedas, the Ramayana, the Mahabharata and Srimad Bhagvad Gita, etc, and are in Sanskrit. This, of course, and well accepted that all these exercises are unparalleled to any other doctrine in the world and will remain.
Sanskrit has been with us for over 10000 years. This was our spoken language for thousands of years. This in itself shows how important it is in Sanskrit, to our values, and how important it is for us to keep the Sanskrit as one of the main stream of our language. Without a knowledge of Sanskrit as a language, we will not be able to truly appreciate and understand the literature we have.
Here is a Sanskrit back to our daily lives.
This is only possible when we start talking in Sanskrit as we speak any other language.
Our goal is to provide a good starting point for learning and knowing Sanskrit.
We have different sections on literature, grammar, literature, storytelling, or an online dictionary, the online test and the crossword puzzle. This will give a good start to learn and use Sanskrit and more.
At the same time, we are also trying to combine existing important resources in Sanskrit. In India and abroad many good initiatives to promote Sanskrit go different organizations and institutions. But, the problem is that most of them work independently from each other (which has its own merits). However, for those interested in Sanskrit sometimes becomes an impossible task to identify such initiatives and resources.
In this Web site in the resources section we have also CATEGORIZED the details of various organizations, schools and universities to promote Sanskrit. list of the various Sanskrit development tools, Web sites and book publishers are also available. It will be a good reference for the different initiatives in Sanskrit.
