AUTOMATIC RAIN CONTROL GLASS



This Engineering project requires the assistance of electronic components to work. Design of automatic rain wiper effect is based on electronic control engine which controls operate in the presence of water droplets.

The prerequisites for this project are:
1. conductivity sensor Circuit
2. control unit
3. wiper motor
4. glass frame



AUTOMATIC RAIN CONTROL GLASS
OVERVIEW
The goal is to design and develop a monitoring system, electronically controlled motor-rain is controlled by engine called AUTOMATIC RAIN CONTROL glass.

Rain gauge consists of motor conduction (Tough sensor) circuit, the control unit, wiper motor and glass frame. The sensor is used to detect the flow of rain or water. There was no rain on the class sensor detects rain or flowing water and giving the control signal wiper motor.

INTRODUCTION
We are honored to introduce our new project of AUTOMATIC RAIN wiper which is fully equipped with sensors schematics and wiper motor. This is a real project, which is fully equipped and designed for automotive vehicles. This is an integral part of better quality. This product has been busy in our cars road test and it was good.

Automatic rain wipers work the system is full automation project.
This is the era of automation, which is broadly defined as the replacement of manual labor to mechanical power for all degrees of automation. The operation is an integral part of the system, although physical entrance requirements change as the degree of mechanization increases.

The degree of automation are of two types, namely.
Full automation.
Floor automation.

The combination of manual labor and automation of mechanical power is required, while in the complete automation of the participation of a person is very low.

NEED TO AUTOMATE:
Automation can be achieved through computers, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, etc, from these sources, pneumatics to form an attractive environment for low cost automation. Automation plays an important role in the car.

Currently, almost all automotive vehicle sprayed product to a human being. Car vehicle sprayed for the following reasons.

In order to achieve a high level of security
To reduce man power
To increase the efficiency of the car
To reduce the load
To reduce vehicle accident
To reduce the fatigue of working
For high responsibility
Less than the cost of maintenance
The main components of the automatic rain wiper works are:

Conductive Sensor
Frame class and supporting structures
battery
Wiper motor and its location
Relay
WORKING WORK
The battery provides power to the sensor, as well as rainwater running engine. Wiper motor ON automatically during precipitation. Senor is fixed in the glass of the vehicle. Conductive sensor (touchscreen) used in this project. It feels like rain and give control signal to the control unit. The control unit automatically activates the wiper motor. This operation is called Automatic rain wipers work.

ADVANTAGES

Low cost automation project.
Adjustment-free wear.
Less power consumption
The principle of operation is very simple.
Installation is simplified a lot.
To avoid burning out the interaction of other viz. | (F) is not used.
You can work manually/automatically proving the On/Off switch.
The cost is very low due to conductive sensor
APPLICATION
Four Wheeler application

DISADVANTAGES
1. this system is applied in the case of water, falling on a single class.
2. the cost of the Add-on you want to install the system on a four Wheeler.
