Fear of robbery and robbery always annoys many people. When the padlock and keys become less secure, one can seek the help of electronic security systems. Such a portable security system is described here. This electronic configuration is automatically activated each time the intruder enters the unauthorized entry area. Automatically activates the fixed line number and redials the last dialed number from the conventional telephone. All we need is to make small changes to activate this handset, as it functions to become an automatic dial circuit. Therefore, each time the intruder enters the area, activates the sound activation sensor circuit or the infrared light beam obstruction circuit, the redial circuit activates and gives a ring tone to the receiving end. It can be a mobile phone or any landline or even a police control room.
When someone enters the room, the counter increases by one and the room light comes on and when someone leaves the room, the counter is reduced by one. The light will only go out until all the people in the room are turned off. The total number of people in the room is also displayed on the seven-segment screens.
The microcontroller does the previous work. It receives the signals from the sensors, and this signal is operated under the control of the software that is stored in the ROM. The AT89S52 microcontroller continuously monitors the infrared receivers. When any object passes through the infrared receiver and then obstructs the infrared rays that fall on the receiver, the microcontroller detects this obstruction.
