Products that are not available in certain seasons of the year or products that are available throughout the year, but the associated quantity and fluctuation of prices are referred to as seasonal products. In seasonal time data, seasonality is the presence of variations occurring at specific regular intervals of less than one year, such as weekly, monthly or quarterly. Seasonality can be caused by a number of factors, such as weather, holidays, and holidays, and consists of periodic, repetitive, and generally regular and predictable patterns at the levels of a time series.
Seasonal fluctuations in a time series can be contrasted with cyclic patterns. The latter occurs when the data show increases and falls that are not of a fixed period. These fluctuations are usually due to economic conditions and are often related to the "economic cycle". The time period usually extends beyond one year and fluctuations are generally at least two years.
Aims
• General statements of the desired results, or the general intentions of the research, that "paint a picture" of your research project
• Emphasize what is to be achieved (not how it should be achieved)
• Address the long-term results of the project, ie reflect the aspirations and expectations of the research topic.
Once the objectives are established, the next task is to formulate the objectives. In general, a project should not have more than two or three objective statements, while it may include a series of objectives consistent with them.
The objectives are subsidiary to the objectives and:
• Are the steps you will take to answer your research questions or a specific list of tasks needed to achieve the project objectives
• Emphasize how goals should be achieved
• Must be highly focused and feasible
• Address the most immediate results of the project
• Make accurate use of concepts
• Must be sensitive and accurately described
• It should be read as an "individual" statement to convey your intentions
