SYNOPSIS
The advanced electronic field makes our life style very easy and compact. Remote sensing is one of the very fast growing fields in the world. The idea is to develop an accident identification system using RF system. This system which has an automatic indication of accident in highways and inform the signals to near by any hospital to avoid delay of message passing to the hospital. There is lot of techniques are available in remote control field to transmit the signal from one point to another point. Here we are going to develop an advanced electronics based system to inform the location of accident by remote.
The sensors are fitted on the vehicle. If the vehicle get crash it send the signals to the road side towers. These towers receive the signals and the location of the accident should be monitored. To transmit the code through carrier wave ISM (Industrial Scientific & Medicine) based transmitter & receiver module is used. It generates carrier wave at 433.92MHz. At transmitter side, PIC micro controller, (Peripheral Interface controller) used as encoder to generate operation codes, and these codes are transmitted through ISM based transmitter. In the receiver side to receive the operation code, ISM based receiver is used. IC PIC micro controller decodes the received data. The decoding data are taken to voice chip, which provide voice signal output to amplifier circuit. We can use this project where remote information is required.
This system will be useful for all vehicles as an emergency announcer.

BLOCK DIAGRAM DESCRIPTION
VIBRATION DETECTOR:
The piezo element is the vibration detector. The sensors are fitted on the vehicle. If the vehicle get crash it send the signals to the road side towers.
TX MODULE:
This block consists of 433.92 MHz based transmitter module to transmit the data at the time the vehicle gets crash it.
RX MODULE:
This block consists of 433.92 MHz based receiver module to receiver the data from dedicated receiver module.
VOICE INFORMER:
This block consists of IC APR 9600 based voice informer circuit. This is used to announce the place.
Thus the signal is made to the speaker through the pre-amplifier.
