I have to perform pacet filtering in network layer...

At sender side i have encrypt the data and also ip address...
and then i have to transfer it in the routers... later on i have to decrypt the data and ip address at the firewall...

For this ip encryption i am using blowfish algorithm....

please help me regarding this project in coding process...
