It gives immense pleasure when a person rides a car and goes on a nice smooth road. On the other hand, the same person is frustrated when he has to make sharp maneuvers to parallel park his car in a parking place closely packed with the front and rear car taking a portion of his parking space.

Parking in parallel

Parking on the streets, in apartment complexes and even some other parking areas, requires a Parallel Park car. In parallel car parking, a person needs to park their car longitudinally parallel to the sidewalk. There may be car in front of and behind the parking place where this car needs to be parked. The space provided for parking this car can be around 1.5 car length - 1 car length and 1/4 length ahead and 1/4 length behind the car.

Method

The recommended and easy way for parallel parking of a car is
1. Stop the car parallel to the car ahead
2. Turn the steering wheel toward the curb and move the car backwards (reverse)
3. When the car has entered about 80% of length at the parking place, turn the steering wheel away from the curb and continue to move
4. Look for the car on the back and the sidewalk on the side
5. Straighten the steering wheel and move the car to keep the same distance from the car in front and back
