The constant global hunt to store energy and convert it into another useful form since the need for new technology development and system to explore in a new way as in an electric bicycle lots of kinetic energy lost in the atmosphere during the break in shape Of thermal energy due to the friction between the brake shoe and the breaking drum. This article presents a way to design and manufacture the regenerative electric bicycle using the regenerative braking system. Regenerative braking refers to a process in which a portion of the kinetic energy of the bicycle is stored for a short time by the storage system. To obtain power, we mount the brushing dc motor, the iron grab bar l and the friction pulley clamp on the hub of the front pulley. As we apply the brake, the system is operated as the friction pulley meshed with the center of the wheel hub which rotates the friction pulley in the opposite direction of the wheel because of which the armature of the dc motor rotates and converts Mechanical work in useful electrical energy Stored in battery. The additional energy increases the time of discharge of the battery so that the electric bicycle can move for long distance. Therefore, the efficiency of the bike has been improved. At present, some elevator / elevator systems use regenerative braking as well.
