The braking system of a car is without a doubt one of its most important characteristics. The aim of this work is to create a better braking system with indicator. Brake failure occurs only because of brake shoe wear and cut in the cladding. It consists of two sensors. A sensor is connected to the brake shoe. The other sensor is the brake lining. The signal from the two sensors is given to a micro-controller. When the brake shoe is worn, the sensor detects the signal to the micro-controller. Also if the brake lining is cut off, the sensor sends the signal to the micro-controller. The micro-controller analyses the signal and operates the corresponding indicator. There is nothing wrong, the vehicle will move and if someone critical, the vehicle stops and the display shows the indication of brake failure. Since this indicates the condition of the brake, the user can identify the state of the brake and thus limit the chances of failure.
