The cut-off frequency Wn must be between 0 < Wn < 1.0, with 1.0

has linear phase, i.e., even symmetric coefficients obeying B(k) =
B(N+2-k), k = 1,2,...,N+1.

Abstract
In this paper, a novel method of hybrid filter for denoising digital images corrupted
by mixed noise has been presented. The proposed design of hybrid filter utilizes the

The article presents the reports the performance of municipal waste-water treatment plant using laterite soil-based constructed soil filter (CSF) system. The plant was monitored over a period of 17 months and the result is presented. The dissolved oxygen levels were increased along with the chemical oxygen demand (COD).
