Sir, I would like to develop a matlab code for edge enhancement without using any matlab pre defined functions for edge enhancement like 'canny','sobel' etc.I have been using 3x3 convolution masks like , but the results are not that satisfactory. I request you to kindly provide a solution.

In this paper, a novel method of hybrid filter for denoising digital images corrupted
by mixed noise has been presented. The proposed design of hybrid filter utilizes the
concept of neuro fuzzy network and spatial domain filtering. This method incorporates
