In DTC level we want connect all Distribution Transformer to the Sub-station SCADA via
RTU or PLC
In this SCADA system we want monitor and control the Distribution Transformer through SCADA System
Here we want to measure all parameters of Distribution Transformer and there status with the help of MSEB meters or other Multifuction Meters with wireless Communication
In this communication we can use GSM/CDMA system. The meters are send data to sub-station RTU through GSM network

Abstract
We investigate practical selection of meta-parameters for SVM regression (that is,
ε -insensitive zone and regularization parameter C). The proposed methodology advocates analytic
parameter selection directly from the training data, rather than resampling approaches commonly
