We introduce captcha, an automated test that humans can pass, but current computer programs canâ„¢t pass: any program that has high success over a captcha can be used to solve an unsolved Arti?- cial Intelligence (AI) problem. Traffic Congessions are a major problem in all the metropolitan cities. One of the main causes for these congessions is improper setup of wait times at the signals of major junctions.
