Abstract
This software searches for _les in a local area network where Samba server is installed. The _les can be shared either in windows machine or in samba enabled machine. The program uses smbclient program. The program outputs the results of a query in an order of relevance and in a formatted way. A graphical user interface is also developed using Tcl/Tk script.
