A new distributed E-Commerce architecture is put forward in this paper on the careful analysis of the existing shortcomings of the architecture of the present E-Commerce system. The remote streetlight monitoring and control system has been applied in urban streetlight. In general, this system monitoring and control scope only reaches the streetlight transformer station.
