The objective of active power factor correction is to make the input to a power supply look like a simple resistor. An active power factor corrector does this by programming the input current in response to the input voltage. As long as the ratio between the voltage and current is a constant the input will be resistive and the power factor will be unity. ABSTRACT
Air pre-heating means pre-heats the intake air to the carburetor is discussed in this project. In this case the efficiency of the engine is increased. The output of the engine exhaust gas is utilized to heat the intake air.
The pre-heating of the inlet air to the engine can be achieved by fixing a heat exchanger. The exhaust gas is given to the heating chamber. The atmospheric air is sucked into ....etc
