(FINCH) for intradomain (intra-CSN) mobility management. FINCH is a complementary protocol to Mobile IP (MIP), which deals withinterdomain (inter-CSN) mobility management in mobile WiMAX. Internet Protocol version 4 uses a 32 bit IP address. In theory ,a 32 bit address space should provide addresses for more than four billion computers, but inefficiencies in address allocation mean that less than half of the addresses are used.
