General description
Capacity Auction System is designed to provide explicit bilateral and multilateral capacity auctions as well as coordinated explicit load-flow based capacity auctions. Further the system has a market coupling module (implicit auctions) included, i.e. it has the possibility to include order books from power exchanges into the clearing procedure.
