Machine health monitoring is of critical importance to its safe and reliable operation. The emergence of wireless data transmission techniques has extended the Scope of health monitoring to machine components and systems that are difficult to accessor not suited for wired sensor data acquisition .this paper presents the design and prototype realization of a digital wireless data transmitter based on the CDMA technique.

A benchmark system for studying the sinusoidal pulse-width-modulated distribution-static synchronous compensator (D-STATCOM) is proposed. A simple multifunction controller is provided to offer dc bus voltage control, power factor correction, and ac voltage control. Present project is designed using 8051 microcontroller to avoid railway accidents happening at unattended railway gates, if implemented in spirit. Orthogonal frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is
multicarrier transmission technique. OFDM is a communication technique
that divides the communication channel into a number of equally spaced
frequency bands. A sub carriers a portion of the users information in
