This paper reviews some of the existing studies on one-to-twenty four hour load forecasting algorithms, and presents an expert system based algorithm as an alternative. The logical and syntactical relationships between weather and load, and the prevailing daily load shapes have been examined to develop the rules for this approach. The main goal of this project is to design and develop a short range intelligent digital radio wireless hub. And this hub must be able communicate between adjacent buildings on the campus using digital transmitter and receiver modules(Easy-Radio style). It also must have some interfacing capability like four LEDs for output and four digital inputs, a local USB interface and also mesh interconnection capability.
