ISFET is an ion-sensitive field-effect transistor used to measure ion concentrations in solution and is a new type of miniaturised semiconductor chemical sensor. It is based on the structure of the metal-insulator-semi-conductor field-effect transistor (MISFET) in which a metal gate is replaced by an ion selective membrane, an electrolyte and a reference electrode here when the ion concentration (such as pH) changes, the current through the transistor will change accordingly. Here, the solution is used as the gate electrode. A voltage between s ....etc

ABSTRACT

Existing SoC debug techniques mainly target bus-based systems. They are not readily applicable to the emerging system that use Network-on-Chip (NoC) as on-chip communication scheme. In this paper, we present the detailed design of a novel debug probe (DP) inserted between the core under debug (CUD) and the NoC. With embedded configurable triggers, delay control and time stamping mechanism, the proposed DP is very effective for inter-core transaction analysis as well as controlling embedded cores' debug processes. Experimental result ....etc

ABSTRACT

This Project is mainly focused on finding different active nodes connected on the network
And to perform different remote operations. The modules in this project are
1. Analyzing the network.
2. Remote task execution.
3. Remote Java properties
4. Host task Executor
5. Checking Remote Platform
6. Shutdown Remote Node
7. Adding New Nodes

Before proceeding operation in the remote network. It is necessary to add node name to the system using Add Nodes module. Once it is ....etc

The best optical microscopes can see structures in the 200 – 400 nm range, at their limits of resolution.
The STM can “see” structures on the order of 0.1 nm —another SPM, the AFM—can distinguish things on the order of 100 nm .
Optical microscopes are “diffraction limited”—the wavelength range of visible light (400-750 nm) sets the size of the smallest thing that can be imaged: ~ 400 nm.
Scanning Probe Microscopes don’t use visible light—they depend on measuring intermolecular ....etc
