Terminal controller
Objective
The intent of undertaking of this project is to develop windows based functionalities of the terminal systems connected through a network.
Purpose of the system
This system implements Remote control at the application level. This project controls the remote systems by performing the terminal operations like shutdown, checking files and its permissions, etc. This system helps in handling the operations of the administrator, in order to avoid time delay by executing the tasks, from the server itself.
Number of Modules
Module1 : Remote Handling
Module2 : Remote File Searching
Module3 : Privileges
Module4 : Remote System Configuration
Module5 : Remote Process Management
Softwa re requirements:
Language : Java
Technologies : RMI,Swings
Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP,Vista
Hardware Requirements:
Processor : PENTIUM-4
Ram : 256MB (Minimum)
Hard Disk : 20GB (Minimum)
VDU : SVGA Color Monitor
Key Board : 104 Standards
LAN : Enabled
