In todayâ„¢s era most of the application systems are in use in the area of Mobile Computing, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Geographical Positioning Systems (GPS). These are generally based on JAVA. Vector maps (e.g. road maps) are widely used in a variety of applications such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Mobile Computing. This paper presents a new empirical method for de-noising ofocular artifacts in the electroencephalogram (EEG) records.
