This is Dinesh. I am an engineering student in electronics and communication branch. I need to take a seminar on electronic road pricing (ERP) system. I found the topic very interesting , but I did not understand that how this system will manage the traffic on the roads ..... I mean ..... if people will not go into the ERP zone and prefer to follow an alternate path, then there would be more traffic on that alternate path so i can't understand that how this technology will manage the traffic effectivelly.
