Design and Analysis of Mini Bajaj Gearbox.
Project Details
The intention of this project is to show how the gearbox housing from the Queen's Mini Baja vehicle's transmission was modeled and optimized using ANSYS to perform FEA. The typical bottom-up modeling approach was used to create the model of the gearbox housing. DSG stands for Direct Shift Gearbox, or double clutch. This is achieved basically two transmissions in one sandwich.
