DSG stands for Direct Shift Gearbox, or double clutch. This is achieved basically two transmissions in one sandwich. Able to control the gears 1, 3 and 5, while the other controls gears 2, 4 and 6 If you have 3 modified with the first delivery, tours, and the transfer ready to go quickly to drops of up to 2 exchanged or a rapid move up to 4 gears.

The intention of this project is to show how the gearbox housing from the Queen's Mini Baja vehicle's transmission was modeled and optimized using ANSYS to perform FEA.
