Hello this is Astika, I am a final year student at the University of Mauritius in the BEng Electronic and Communication Engineering programme and I am currently doing my degree project on Network Security. The aim is to enhance the IDS Snort and making a testbed for network training and simulation. I would really welcome help on how to connect Snort with Matlab and simulate a testbed for the enhanced Snort, and implementing the attacks as well.

I just got a new wireless modem from mtnl but the problem is that I
have IPTV so I have to disable the DHCP. without which the wifi dosn't work
so I cannot connect my phone to the Modem.
If i enable the DHCP my IPTV will not work.
So I am in a bind either watch TV or Have broadband wifi on my mobile.
Can anyone please solve this problem.

Abstract
In this paper, we present a novel maximum power point tracking method for a photovoltaic system consisting of a photovoltaic panel with a power electronic converter; the whole is feeding a battery. This maximum power point depends on the temperature and irradiation conditions. A robust control using a PI regulator is used to track this maximum power point.
