Many analog systems need a stable power supply voltage that does not vary with temperature and time in order to operate properly. How to Operate
As IR pulses are received, circuit will count up an the increase of fan speed. speed can be controlled from 0-5.current. The seleection of the user is displayed on seven segment display also for convenience.

The objective of active power factor correction is to make the input to a power supply look like a simple resistor. An active power factor corrector does this by programming the input current in response to the input voltage. Abstract
In this paper, we present a novel maximum power point tracking method for a photovoltaic system consisting of a photovoltaic panel with a power electronic converter; the whole is feeding a battery. This maximum power point depends on the temperature and irradiation conditions. A robust control using a PI regulator is used to track this maximum power point. The paper presents a simple design and implementation of a remote controlled fan regulator. It enables the user to operate a fan regulator from approximately 10 meters away.
