Gone through a rigorous four weeks training under the guidance of capable engineers and workers of bajaj motors limited, headed by the executive director of the company Mr. J.C Jha in the machining plant situated in Narsinghpur, Gurgaon, Haryana.

OHV means OverHead Valve –
An engine design where the camshaft is installed inside the engine block and valves are operated through lifters, pushrods and rocker arms (an OHV engine also known as Pushrod engine).
Although an OHV design is a bit outdated, it has been successfully used for decades. An OHV engine is very simple, has more compact size and proven to be durable.

Double overhead cams control the opening and closing of the valves
The camshaft is used in IC Engines to operate poppet valves. The yield I am achieving 60%.To improve the yield to 75 % do you have any alternate process please provide.

Material : Low Carbon Steel.
