Title: HVDC TECHNOLOGY AND SHORT CIRCUIT CONTRIBUTION OF HVDC LIGHT Page Link: HVDC TECHNOLOGY AND SHORT CIRCUIT CONTRIBUTION OF HVDC LIGHT - Posted By: seminar projects crazy Created at: Friday 30th of January 2009 05:46:09 PM
Voltage Source Converter (VSC) based HVDC transmission systems are available in market for power rated between a few MVA to a few hundreds of MVA. The new system results in many application opportunities and new applications in turn bring up new issues of concern. This paper aims at exploring the HVDC transmission systems and also presents a comprehensive investigation on one of the concerned issues, which is the contribution of HVDC Light? to short circuit currents. Different AC network conditions, load conditions and fault types are considere..............etc

The main goal of this project is to design and develop a short range intelligent digital radio wireless hub. And this hub must be able communicate between adjacent buildings on the campus using digital transmitter and receiver modules(Easy-Radio style). It also must have some interfacing capability like four LEDs for output and four digital inputs, a local USB interface and also mesh interconnection capability. For example, messages could be passed from hub to hub to provide bi-directional communication between them.

Tomographic imaging of electrically large objects in 2-D and 3-D environments using ultra-wideband (UWB) sensor arrays is described. Object cross-section electric properties is the most difficult part to model.Different industrial, medical, and security applications use microwave signals to penetrate and sense light opaque materials with reasonable spatial resolution.Increased level of spatial resolution and materialelectrical parameter measurement accuracy of Wideband signals, such as those produced with ultra-wideband (UWB) systems makes it..............etc
