i want to design geneva wheel . now i list down my reqiurements 1.i want to reduce the speed from 10000 rpm to 16 rpm. 2.i planned to create 5 slots 3.so in 4 stages i can reduce the speed from 10000 to 16 rpm • 1st stage 10000/5 =2000 • 5 indicate the no of slots. • 2nd stage 2000/5=400 • 3rd stage 400/5= 80 • 4th stage 80/5 =16 rpm • So in the 4th stage we get the required speed...
