Peanut decorator or Groundnut Decorticator
The act of peeling the seeds' hulls is known as decorticating. Decorticators are also known as peel removers or separators. Peanut decorticators are an integral part of the oil mill plant and are specially made to crack the outer shell of the peanuts. Peeling a lot of these nuts is a laborious and time-consuming task. In order to facilitate the peeling process of peanuts, peanut decorticators are used properly.
We manufacture and export very efficient peanut decorticators to peel the peanuts in peels and grains separately. While the shells are separated and blown by a built-in air blower, the grains get separated by screening in split and whole grains.
