An authorisation is a certificate that gives permission to disassociate from an institution. Seniors who have met the academic requirements for graduation must undergo an approval process before they are disassociated from the University. The compensation process involves the academic department of the student, Faculty, Stock Exchange, Student Affairs, Library, Shelter, Sports Department, Health Centre and Registration (Examinations and Records). A student is allowed to pick up his graduation certificate only after he / she has been authorised to have something done. Currently, the student approval process is done manually at the institutions. The goal of this project is to design and develop an online student settlement system using PHP and MySQL that will eliminate delays in the manual process and create a central repository for students to be cleared. It will be implemented as a web-based application that will be a central repository for cleaning students. The main modules of the settlement system are Main Module, Clearance / Clear / Undelete and Manage. The user is created and managed by the system administrator using the Administer module.
