i need to know the review of literature on recruitment.
i am yuvasri doing MBA final year.my project title is "understanding the current recruitment trends in IT sectors".i known about recruitment types and all.here i am not clear about that,how to collect the in formations regarding recruitment so i need your help to know about the review of literature on recruitment.because i have to submit the literature review to my guide on or before feb 29th.i kindly request you to help me for this project.
