sukam inverter troubleshooting manual pdf

Ihave two inverters of sukam 100w but they are trouble shooting in two inverters. They are connected two batterys of 12v and 7.2 ah . They charging cooreectly
But when power is gone they are low battery showing
We connect one cfl of 15 watts , but same problam.I change many battery but there are same problam.how I can solve the problam
