Hi,

I am designing CHIP primers. My target gene is FGFR1 in xenopus tropicalis. I found the promotor region (CpG island 272 bp) localized on the downstream 2000bp(+1936) of TSS (transcription start site). I just use the 272 bp to design primers or extend to longer sequence. Thanks
