A stacker is a large machine used in the handling of bulk material. Their function is to stack bulk material, such as limestone, minerals and cereals in an arsenal. A recuperator can be used to recover the material. Gold Dredges in Alaska had a stacker that was a fixed part of the dredger. He carried large material to the tailings pile.
The stackers are nominated nominally for capacity in tonnes per hour (tph). They usually travel in a lane between stock at the shipyard. Usually, a stacker can move in at least two directions: horizontally along the lane and vertically raising and lowering its arm. Bar luffing minimizes dust by reducing the distance that material such as coal needs to fall to the top of the buildup. The pen is thrown upwards as the height of the stack increases. Some stackers can rotate the arm. This allows a single stacker to form two piles, one on each side of the conveyor.
Stackers are used to stack in different patterns, such as cone stacking and chevron stacking. Stacking in a single cone tends to cause size segregation, with the thicker material moving outward toward the base. In the layering of raw cone layers, additional cones are added next to the first cone. In the chevron stack, the stacker travels along the length of the addition stack on the material layer.
PRINCIPLES OF WORK OF STACKER RECLAIMER
The stacker stacker is widely used to handle materials. The recuperator coordinates with the stacker to handle the materials in the shipyard mosque. The stacker stacks the materials and then the stacked materials recovered by the stove on the other side. The materials are then transported to the belt conveyor through the feed channel. Each time the stove arm handles a layer of materials, it would descend to a fixed height according to the programmed instruction. At a fixed operating speed, each layer of materials must be handled step by step until all materials are fully recovered. This recovery process means that materials are handled evenly. When recovering the materials, the recuperator would fit the fixed trash. The serial number of the wastebasket could be identified through the displacement and inhibition device. The recuperator would be limited in a limiting position in the storage container, making alternative movement of recovery materials according to the method. The encoder installed in the electric block could control the angle of descent of the scraper blade, ensuring the ability to constant relaiming. Under the conditions of fixed constant recovery capacity and recovery speed, the lowering angle of the arm and scraper blade is reduced step by step. In this way, recovery could be performed layer by layer of materials. The speed of operation of the recuperator can be adjusted through the drive motor, which determines the amount of recovery of the recuperator.
In most conditions, the stove is coordinated with the tube conveyor, apron feeder to complete the handling of materials.
