Accidents at unmanned level crossings and collisions of trains running on the same route are the major accidents on the railways that cause heavy human causality and damage to training. It is proposed to develop a fault-proofing system to avoid such accidents. In this project, it is proposed to develop the automatic operation of the railroad gate to prevent accidents in the unmanned door and the automatic closing of the unmanned door. It is also developed to prevent the collision of trains operating on the same track. The automatic closing of the unmanned door reduces the time during which the door is kept closed and provides safety to the users of the road reducing accidents. The collision of trains running on the same route is also avoided by using the IR Transmitter-Receiver system in each section of the station and passes the information to a master control room via Zigbee / GSM MODEM. The operation is automatic and error is avoided due to manual operation and safety is ensured. In all transport systems, especially in the case of railways, safety and reliability are highly regarded. In recent years, with the development of high-speed rail, the speed and capacity of trains constantly improved, and traffic density becomes increasingly serious. As a result, the requirements for the reliability and safety of the operation of the high-speed train are increasing. However, the safety of the high-speed railway relies extremely on its surrounding environment. The number of collision-related rail accidents worldwide shows a growing trend year after year. Increasing operating speeds cause an increasing degree of serious consequences both in the loss of human lives and in serious damage to the train and other railway equipment. In the technical literature very few numbers of publications can be found that deal with investigations in train collision processes to predict the level of forces and deformations that occur in the course of collisions / accidental collisions. The scarcity of sources in the literature can be explained by the extremely complicated nature of the dynamics of train accidents. The work tries to develop an iterative calculation method to predict the dynamics of collisions / train crashes. Train safety has been a problem with the increasing number of reported incidents that have caused death and injuries. Most deaths on the railroad involve third parties with incursions into level crossings. An average train crash would cost millions of Indian rupees and these can be avoided if there is a mechanism to track train location and speed and warn locomotive drivers about possible safety issues. The solution is a complete GPS / GSM based train tracking system, which provides accurate, reliable and timely information to the controller. The built-in GPS module identifies the location of the train with maximum accuracy and transfers the information to the central system via GSM. The availability of this information allows the train controller to make accurate train location decisions. Location data can then be processed to provide visual positioning through maps that give a healthy view of the train location. Positioning data along with train speed helps management identify potential safety issues and react to them effectively using the communication methods provided by the system. In addition, this work proposes a system that monitors the track in front of a train for the detection of obstacles by means of the configuration of multiple sensors. If an obstacle is detected, the built-in GPS module identifies the location of the train with the highest accuracy and transfers the information to the central system via GSM. The availability of this information allows the train controller to make accurate train location decisions.
