The reclaimer cum rail-mounted stacker is suitable for serving two parallel stacks, one on each side of the track lanes. The machine is designed to operate with a blade conveyor to stack and unload at the same end during recovery, ie a reversible.
The following operating modes are possible:
1. PACKAGE - The material on the forward moving yard conveyor is lifted by the hiker and discharged through a discharge guide channel on an intermediate tilted conveyor which raises the material and finally discharges the feeder conveyor through a hopper. The pen conveyor carries the material to its end and allows it to fall from a reserve. The stacking operation begins at one end of the stack with the arm held low. The displacement movement acts simultaneously and at the other end of the stack, the motor rotates backwards. After a certain number of such cycles, the arm is thrown upward and the cycle is repeated.
2. RECOVERY - The machine recovers the layered accumulation material by rotating the hub wheel rolling through the stack. The material collected by the hub is retained and guided by the hopper of the ring while the hub is moved upwards. When the bucket is approximately 45 degrees above the horizontal, the material begins to discharge it to the hopper of the hub wheel, which guides it to the conveyor of the boom. Upon reaching the end of the pen conveyor, the material passes through the central ramp and the portal ramp onto the patio conveyor, resting on the impact table. The recovery of the entire reserve can be carried out either by type of bank and modular methods.
In the bank type method the stove starts at one end in the bank or top layer and recovers that bank for the entire length of the stack. At the end of the stack, the machine returns to the other end, the pen is lowered and recovery begins at the next lower seat.
